Overview
Recent policy changes from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) have impacted employers nationwide and include increased funding and inspector hiring, revisions to the agency's "instance-by-instance" violation policy, a new electronic data reporting rule, and new employee representation rights during OSHA inspections.
This program, presented by Michael Metz-Topodas and Jacob Tosti, reviews recently implemented OSHA policies, covers workplace safety enforcement trends, and provides insight regarding proposed future OSHA initiatives, to help in-house and outside counsel prepare for, address, and manage workplace safety matters, OSHA inspections, and OSHA enforcement actions.
