Overview
Patent law continues to change rapidly, with important decisions arriving every few weeks. This program, taught by experienced patent litigator Christopher Loh, will update in-house and outside counsel on the latest developments in patent case law. This includes a review of the Supreme Court's Amgen v. Sanofi decision on enablement, a roundup of the latest happenings at the Federal Circuit (including the Federal Circuit's Cellect obviousness-type double patenting decision and the LKQ proceedings addressing the obviousness standard for design patents), ongoing litigation funding investigations by the District of Delaware, and recent changes at the USPTO concerning IPR procedure and other AIA proceedings.
