Overview
Patent law continues to change rapidly, with important decisions arriving every few weeks. This program, taught by experienced patent litigator Christopher Loh, will update in-house and outside counsel on the latest developments in patent case law. This includes a review of the Supreme Court's upcoming patent docket, a roundup of key Federal Circuit decisions (including the outcome of recent Constitutional challenges to IPRs and the expansion of IPR estoppel), and interesting recent developments in the assignment of patent cases in the Western District of Texas, the investigating of third-party patent litigation funding by the District of Delaware, and the decline in Fintiv denials at the USPTO.
