Stephen Wah is an attorney in Anderson Kill's New York office. Mr. Wah's practice concentrates in Insurance Recovery, exclusively on behalf of policyholders, and Corporate and Commercial Litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Wah was a Summer Associate at a law firm where he represented a construction company in the Eastern District of New York regarding a RICO scheme by sub-contractors and a Legal Intern at the New York Legal Assistance Group, Immigration Protection Unit where he researched the admissibility of aliens who had children serving in active duty in the U.S. Armed Forces.
While attending law school, Mr. Wah was the Editor-in-Chief of the Cardozo ADR Competition Honor Society; Staff Editor with the Cardozo Journal of Law and Gender; Student Counsel for the Securities Arbitration Clinic and President of the Minority Law Student Alliance. Mr. Wah was also a competitor and then a student coach at the 23rd and 24th Annual Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna, Austria. He was the Champion in Mediation at the 7th Annual St. John’s School of Law Securities Dispute Resolution Triathlon. Mr. Wah was the recipient of the 2017 Professor John Appel Award and Jacob Burns Medal.
