Robert Gary

Biography

Robert D. Gary  is a partner in Gary, Naegele and Theado. He is a former Trial Attorney with the United  States Justice Department , Organized Crime Section and Special Assistant to the Governor of Ohio. He has taught and published articles on class actions and mediation as well as being the co  author of  the nationally distributed  Protecting Your Pension for Dummies.

He is a graduate of Case Western Reserve Law School and has an LLM from New York University Law School.  Mr. Gary  is admitted in Ohio and New York and has practiced before the United States Supreme Court  and other  federal courts.

He has been litigating class actions for twenty five years including, ERISA pension violations, mass disasters, environmental cases , products liability, mortgage and financial fraud and products liability cases.

He and his firm, Gary, Naegele and Theado, have recovered hundreds of millions of dollars on behalf of their clients and have    litigated  class actions on behalf of clients across the United States and Europe.
