Patrick J. Kilduff represents national and international media companies, as well as commercial property owners, developers, investment bankers and hedge funds regarding outdoor and out-of-home advertising opportunities. He has litigated constitutional challenges to municipal sign ordinances and claims arising from the commercial speech and takings doctrines, as well as a wide variety of contract, commercial and real property claims.
With his extensive experience in New York City Administrative Code enforcement proceedings, Pat represents diverse clients including hospitals, restaurants, cabarets and property management companies in matters concerning violations of the New York City Zoning Resolution, Building Code, Fire Code and the New York State Alcoholic Beverage Control Law.
Pat has successfully navigated restaurant clients in New York City through the letter grade inspection system, including defense of enforcement proceedings before the Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings Health Tribunal. Recently, he represented a well-known midtown Manhattan restaurant and succeeded in having the restaurant reopened one day after it had been ordered closed due to Administrative Code violations.
