John Fuller

Biography

John Cornell Fuller handles a variety of litigation matters in Fox Rothschild’s Philadelphia office. Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, John served as a law clerk to the Honorable Malachy E. Mannion in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, managing a varied caseload that included civil rights, product liability, personal injury, sales and insurance contract disputes, employment and education discrimination as well as class actions related to debt collection, bankruptcy and insurance coverage.

John received his LL.M. in International and European Law from the University of Amsterdam in the Netherlands. Specializing in International Trade and Investment Law, John focused on international business transactions and dispute resolution as well as global intellectual property right enforcement and protection.

While at the Villanova University School of Law, John served as Editor-in-Chief of the Villanova Sports and Entertainment Law Journal. In addition, John served as an intern for Judge Michael M. Baylson of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Committee of Seventy.
