Jeffrey H. Ward is an Attorney admitted to practice law in the States of New Jersey and New York, and the District of Columbia. Mr. Ward graduated from Kean College of New Jersey in 1995 with a B.A. and from the City University of New York School of Law with a JD in 1998. While in law school, he was a member of the Moot Court team, and he worked for a New Jersey County Prosecutor’s Office and a New Jersey Superior Court Judge.
Mr. Ward opened up his own solo law practice in 1999. Mr. Ward has been practicing in the field of collection litigation since 1999. Mr. Ward litigates collection matters throughout the entire states of New Jersey and New York and he has tried many collection matters to verdict. His firm represents businesses, insurance companies, banks, student loan companies, and debt buyers in their collection matters. Mr. Ward serves as an Adjunct Instructor at Fairleigh Dickinson University’s Paralegal Studies Program, where he teaches Introduction to Law.
