Counselytics brings the power of machine learning and artificial intelligence to the universe of enterprise documents and content. Roughly 96% of the world's digital information is unindexed and unstructured. Large companies and other organizations create and maintain a significant portion of that information without any efficient way to access it, understand it or use it; exacerbating this problem, those entities are now doubling their digital payload every 90 days. The result is mismanaged risks, missed P&L opportunities and other costs.
Counselytics was founded to tackle these problems - our solution has been referred to as "Google for corporate contracts." Fortune 500 companies, top hedge funds and some of the world's most successful entrepreneurs trust Counselytics to help them discover, analyze and manage their digital information troves.
Counselytics is based in New York City, was founded by a former Cravath attorney and a Cambridge University computer scientist, and is backed by a world-class group of investors, including Joe Lonsdale’s 8 | Partners (Palantir, Oculus, Addepar), Gavin Solotar (Greenhill & Wachtell Lipton), Metamorphic Ventures, Co-Venture and former Founders Fund (Peter Thiel) partner Bruce Gibney.
