Gianpaolo Scarola is a partner at Scarola, Benincasa & Mouzakitis PLLC. His specialty areas are real estate and business advisement. After working in law firms for over ten years on matters ranging from parking tickets to anti-trust litigation in New York City and as far away as Jackson, Mississippi, Gianpaolo opened his own solo law practice where he spent four years growing his business and reputation. In 2011, after many offers from friends, colleagues and even some adversaries, Gianpaolo founded Scarola, Benincasa & Mouzakitis PLLC.
In his practice, Gianpaolo has assisted in the formation of countless business entities, advised clients in numerous purchases and sales of businesses and is advisor to local companies throughout the tri-state area. He also represents countless clients in their residential and commercial real estate transactions each year. Gianpaolo sits on the board of directors for both the Hollis Hills Civic Association and the New York City Independent Filmmakers and Actors Association. He has given lectures at The Theodore Roosevelt American Inn of Court, the New York City Bar Association, NYPD Community Outreach Programs, the Long Island Board of Realtors and numerous other civic and philanthropic organizations. Gianpaolo is a graduate of New York University, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts and was a awarded a Trustees Scholarship and received his Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law on a full academic scholarship.
