Barry Gartenberg is a solo practitioner in Springfield, New Jersey. His practice concentrates on offering legal advice and representation in a diversified range of business law matters, including entity formation; governance; partnership, operating and shareholder agreements; business sales, acquisitions and reorganizations; commercial real estate transactions; employment relationships; and business dissolutions. Prior to practicing law, Barry owned and managed a substantial metal trading business and he holds an MBA in finance and a BS in Business Management. Barry is a director of the Business Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association, a member of the Business Entity Committee of the Business Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association, and an officer of the Morris/Essex County Inn of the Transactional Counsel. In addition to being a NJICLE presenter, Barry is an adjunct professor and has taught well over one hundred undergraduate, graduate and post-graduate business law courses and programs.
