Ms. Berkowitz’s practice spans across multiple areas of public and private law, including art and media transactions and project management, corporate and nonprofit governance, contractual agreements and licensing, copyright and trademark enforcement, employment and labor counseling and litigation, anti-discrimination and sexual harassment, civil rights, deceptive business practices, and property and tenant rights.
