Understanding Health Reimbursement Arrangements

In this program, ERISA and employee benefits attorney Erika M. Medina, will provide an overview of health reimbursement arrangements. The course will provide a background of health reimbursement arrangements, applicability and compliance with the Affordable Care Act and other federal regulations, and an introduction of new designs.
