The Limited Liability Company (LLC) and the Series Limited Liability Company (SLLC) are two of the hottest concepts in business law today. Gone are the years when a business only had to choose between an S Corporation or Sole Proprietorship for a business form. These two dynamic forms of business are recognized by the IRS and are gaining momentum in many states today.

In addition, Roman holds a Master’s in Business Administration and Juris Doctor from Southern Illinois University. Roman is a licensed Attorney in the states of Illinois, Missouri and Florida. Roman is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Illinois. Roman is also a licensed Title Insurance Agent with Attorney Title Guaranty in Illinois. He is currently working towards obtaining his CPA license.
