Overview

This session, presented by S. Jeanine Conley of Littler Mendelson P.C., will explore the history of diversity in the legal profession and some of the root causes of the lack of progress in the area, including implicit bias. It will further explore some of the best practices firms and other companies have engaged in to address bias. Lastly, it will explore other issues hindering diversity and provide strategies that individuals impacted by such biases can use to interrupt them.
