SSI Overpayments and Terminations

This program, presented by Michelle Spadafore of NY Legal Assistance Group, will cover basic SSI eligibility guidelines, including In-Kind Support and Maintenance (ISM) and income issues. The program focuses on helping clients avoid and resolve terminations and overpayments and discuss common resource pitfalls such as life insurance, shared bank accounts, and real property.
