During its October 2019 Term, the U.S. Supreme Court decided a number of cases that will have a far-reaching impact on businesses. Among other areas, these rulings covered securities litigation, intellectual property, labor and employment, bankruptcy, and arbitration.  

This course, presented by Judson Littleton of Sullivan & Cromwell, will examine some of the most business-relevant decisions of the 2019 Term, highlight questions left open by those cases, and look ahead to what the 2020 Term may have in store for the business world.
