This program, presented by Gordon & Rees attorneys Brian Middlebrook and Joseph Salvo, will discuss the growing number of data breaches impacting professional firms. Many of these breaches have resulted in a treasure trove of desirable information maintained by these organizations, and resulting litigation.
The program will evaluate the current trends in the increased litigation arising from these events and strategies that can be implemented to reduce exposure for the seemingly inevitable. Finally, the program will also discuss how these breaches impact exposure to professional liability claims.
