In this program, attorneys Corey Lee and Anand Kapasi provide practical, nuts and bolts strategies and tactics to represent both buyers and sellers in a New Jersey real estate transaction. The pair present a case study that touches upon practical considerations from both sides of a transaction and overcoming common obstacles to closings in both the residential and commercial spheres.
