Created on February 22, 2021

With an increased emphasis on data privacy and security requirements in all aspects of a business, the role of contracts between parties addressing cyber, privacy & technical agreements has become essential. The discussion will include contractual requirements under the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA").
