Negotiating Cyber, Privacy & Technical Contractual Agreements

With an increased emphasis on data privacy and security requirements in all aspects of a business, the role of contracts between parties addressing cyber, privacy & technical agreements has become essential. For certain regulations, these agreements are expressly required. And for certain industries, security and privacy terms are becoming standard. 

This presentation will explore the regulatory and best practices in creating effective contracts that appropriately address security, privacy, and technology. The discussion will include contractual requirements under the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA").
