Overview

There are a number of special issues that practitioners should be aware of when working with immigrant youth, as they are often overlooked. In this program, attorneys Matthew Blaisdell and Rebecca McBride discuss topics that impact young immigrants, ranging from the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child to VAWA. They will provide both an overview of issues involving forms of immigration relief available to immigrant youth, as well as issues that often arise in the representation of immigrant youth.
