Overview

The gaming industry across the country is at a critical juncture. States are deciding whether to go all in on gaming expansion, and in some cases, the courts are deciding how far to let the states go. This program, presented by Duane Morris attorneys Christopher Soriano and Adam Berger, will address the prospective types of gaming expansion that have recently and may soon occur in various markets, taking a closer look at New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. It will review the expansion of internet gaming, sports betting, skill-based gaming and daily fantasy sports. The program will also address legal challenges surrounding expansion throughout the nation, notably the pending Supreme Court sports betting case.
