Overview

Due to the size of the economy and potential for business, the United States is the ideal market for many foreign businesses to increase their international footprint. The L1 visa was established to allow the ease of transfer of qualified employees between the offices of employers doing business within a foreign country and the United States. His practice is devoted to U.S. immigration law, with a focus on helping businesses and individuals to obtain proper authorization to conduct business within the United States. With offices in Buffalo, NY and Toronto, Canada, Mr. Richards has extensive experience guiding Canadian businesses through the process of expanding operations into the United States through the L1 visa.
