Diane Aboushi-Saleh

The Aboushi Law Firm

Diane focuses her practice on business law, business formation, corporate governance, corporate structuring, deal and contract negotiation, not for profit law, employment law, commercial litigation and comparative law. She has represented start-up companies, private investors, international and domestic companies, not for profit corporations and schools. An avid negotiator, Diane insists on counseling clients so as to maximize their opportunity for growth while protecting their assets.

Diane also consults on rule of law issues in the Middle East and North Africa and has consulted for a number of international and domestic organizations and businesses who are looking to do work in the MENA region.

Prior to joining the Aboushi Law Firm, Diane was Of Counsel to Katona and Mir LLP where she advised clients on various corporate matters. She also worked at Loeb & Loeb LLP where she maintained a general corporate practice including advisory on corporate governance issues, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and other business combinations, business law and securities. Working as a financial analyst in the investment banking division of Merrill Lynch, prior to attending law school, she valued companies and assessed strategic opportunities for private equity firms.
