Overview
This course, taught by Sari Gabay, Esq., of Gabay & Bowler, will describe the role of state agencies such as the Department of Financial Services, Office of Professions, Department of Health, and the Department of State, in the licensing and relicensing process of insurance brokers, real estate agents, medical and other professionals, and will explore regulatory and enforcement actions. The course will also review how to represent a client that is the subject of an administrative complaint, inquiry, or regulatory proceeding, how to handle a hearing, and the appeals and reporting processes.
