In this course, Dr. Bart A. Basi uses his expertise to provide an in-depth analysis of business deals and the tax ramifications of each acquisition or sale.

Specifically, he describes the different tax consequences in a deal relating to a sole proprietorship, general partnership, limited partnership, limited liability company, and various corporation entities.   In addition, he also discusses the many types of deals that exist, and talks about the purpose and process behind each one.  

Included in the seminar are sample documents, necessary research and due diligence, and the various aspects of business negotiations.  This is an interesting introductory course that will have an appeal to lawyers and accountants in many areas.
