Seasoned trial attorney Justin Blitz examines the ins and outs of effective communications with contemporary jurors. He identifies ways to use demonstrative evidence and technology during trial, the pitfalls of social media, preparing your opening and direct examinations, and the benefits of advocating with language relatable to the modern juror. Mr. Blitz is a native of New York City and a graduate of Columbia Prep High School and the Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University. He received his legal training at New York Law School. He is admitted to practice law in the courts of the State of New York and in the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
