In a follow-up to his initial introduction to Aviation Law, Justin Green will review the international and federal laws and regulations governing aviation law, and will address how courts have applied the various international, federal and state laws in the leading decisions and most famous air disaster litigations.

The program will address the decisions every aviation lawyer must know, and will use case studies to illustrate how aviation laws and regulations apply in practice.
