Lawline.com Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with one or all of the courses you purchase on Lawline.com, we offer a full refund for any courses not taken. Refund request must be made over the phone with a Lawline.com customer service or sales representative. Email requests will not be awarded a refund.
Once a course is in progress, it is considered used and can no longer be refunded. This policy is due the current system for tracking credits. If for some reason there is a problem with the course than cannot be corrected, it is possible to switch courses or get a credit towards a future purchase. However, cash refunds will not be given for a course once that course is started.
Credit card refunds must first be processed. Customers should allow 24-48 hours after a refund request is made for the changes to be noted in the account. For more information or to request a refund call 877-518-0660.
