Q. How do you ensure the quality of your CLE courses?
A. All Lawline.com CLE programs are constantly updated, and contain only relevant information in all major practice areas.

Besides our own internal quality control procedures, two of Lawline.com's primary content partners are Lorman Education Services, and the Marino Institute of Continuing Legal Education, both renowned CLE providers with over 30 years' experience in the industry.

Bookmarking Feature
Lawline.com knows that lawyers are busy; that's why we created a special "bookmarking" feature that allows Internet Explorer users to save a specific point in time during the lecture, and come back to that saved spot either an hour, a week, or a year later. This is an upgrade from the original playability features, such as pause, rewind, and fast-forward:

Q. What if the course window comes up, but the course won't play?
A. You may need to install the ActiveX control.

Since Microsoft distributed the Windows XP Service Pack 2, Internet Explorer now displays an Information Bar (just below the address bar) where you can see information about downloads, blocked pop-up windows, potential security risks, and other activities.

Tip When you see a message in the Information Bar, click the message to see more information or to take action.

To install the ActiveX control:
1. Click the Information Bar
2. Click "Install ActiveX Control"

Q. I completed the course. How do I get the credits?
A. Once you have completed each course you will be provided an opportunity to fill out an evaluation form electronically. Click on the "Get Credits" button - just to the right of the last numbered segment in each lecture.

Once you complete and submit the evaluation form that follows, you will be given the opportunity to print your certificate. You can then submit the certificate as required by your state.

A. No. If you have already completed the course and submitted the evaluation form, you can print or re-print your certificates.

To print your certificates at any time:

1. If you are not already logged-into the system, click on the "Login" button on the top right of the toolbar.

2. Click on the "Earned Credits" link.

Q. How do your course verification procedures work?
A. Lawline.com has developed verification systems to ensure that its users have actively viewed or listened to the entire CLE course, in accordance with state requirements. Lawline.com currently employs the use of verification codes randomly embedded in each lecture.

In addition, some states require active attendance verification procedures, so Lawline.com recently created a pop-up system that requires users to actively verify attendance during the lecture.
