Bio:

Will Delgado is an experienced commercial litigator with a special emphasis on patent and trademark litigation. Since graduating near the top of his class from NYU Law, Will has represented a broad spectrum of clients including individuals, start-ups, municipalities, and Fortune 500 companies in various commercial disputes. As part of that representation, he has been involved in cases from coast-to-coast and has successfully represented clients in patent disputes, trademark disputes, employment disputes, and typical commercial disputes, such as breach of contract and fraud.

Will is originally from Miami, Florida and his fluency in Spanish has led to his repeated representation of companies hailing from Latin America and Spain. He spends his free-time with his wife and son.
