Bio:

Howard Goldman is the principal of the firm, which he founded in 1999.  Mr. Goldman graduated from law school in 1975 and practiced municipal and environmental law in Alaska from 1976-1980.  From 1980-83, he was the Deputy Counsel to the City Planning Commission.

Prior to starting his firm, Mr. Goldman was a partner at the Manhattan law firms of Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler, Winthrop Stimson Putnam & Roberts, and Wachtel & Masyr.  Howard is a respected member of the City's land use bar and an adjunct professor at the NYU Real Estate Institute.
