For the past 36 years, as president of ESQUIRE APPRAISALS, INC., J. LEE DREXLER has done countless appraisals of fine arts, silver, furniture, antiques and jewelry for insurance and estate purposes, for gifts to museums, schools and charities, for damage claims and divorce matters. She has been a senior member of the American Society of Appraisers since 1975, was President of the Hudson Valley-New York Chapter in 1991-1992 and 1997-1998, belongs to the Appraisers Association of American and is a Gemologist with G.I.A. Diamond and pearl certificates. She was an Associate Professor at Hofstra University where she taught "The Appraisal of Fine Arts and Antiques" and is listed in Who’s Who in the World, Who’s Who in American Women and Who’s Who in Finance and Industry. She is fluent in French and speaks Spanish.
