Bio:

David Dunn is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, (JD 1968), Cornell University (BA 1965) and Allentown Central Catholic High School (1961).

He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, The United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the United States Tax Court, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the District of Colorado.

He was admitted to practice in 1969. His own practice has been established since 1971. He is Past Chair of the Solo and Small Firm Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. David  is past president of a number of local service clubs, and now serves as a Director of the Small Business Council of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce.

He is a professional speaker, and holds the Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) award from Toastmasters International, the highest award of that world-wide public speaking group.

He concentrates his practice in Bankruptcy, Tax and Business problems and most recently, in the defense of foreclosure actions representing the homeowners.
