Malcolm S. Taub, Esq. has over 32 years experience practicing law, handling high profile cases.

Mr. Taub holds a B.A. degree from Brooklyn College, and a J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School. He has acted as an adjunct professor at Long Island University, Manhattan Marymount College and New York University Real Estate Institute where he taught the course in “Syndication for Real Estate Professionals”.

Mr. Taub appeared as a matrimonial expert in the December 2004 issue of Cosmopolitan Magazine, has been profiled in Divorce Magazine, and has appeared twice on the Late Show With David Letterman.Mr. Taub is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the American Bar Association. In addition to his law practice, Mr. Taub is a principal of a firm which assists in mergers and acquisitions.

This firm has provided significant investment advisory services relating to bringing private corporations public by merging then into public corporations traded on national exchanges and/or through the self registrations. Mr. Taub is involved with arranging equity credit facilities for corporations once a public market for a corporations shares have been established.

Mr. Taub had been involved with the ownership, operation and syndication of real estate in New York City. He has been involved in every aspect of such transactions, including financings, leasing and the structuring of such syndications. Mr. Taub has acted as a consultant to the New York Stock Exchange in its Market Surveillance Department; he presented seminars and training sessions regarding methods of improving market surveillance techniques. He has organized and established an entity in the Bahamas which acts as an Introducing Broker for several Major Latin American Banks and has established significant trading relations with a major U.S. Brokerage firm. Mr. Taub has participated in arranging the joint venture partnership of a major U.S. life insurance company with one of the major life insurance companies of Argentina.

In addition, Mr. Taub has taught as an adjunct professor in several prominent universities. He has taught the Real Estate Syndication course in New York University’s Real Estate Institute, as well as the Business Crime at Long Island University.
