Bio:

Ria Davis is an attorney and business executive with 20 years of experience advising global financial institutions and large corporate clients in complex, multi-national corporate, finance and capital markets transactions. After working at several top New York firms, Ms. Davis joined Citigroup as in-house counsel in 1997 and worked as a senior-level business executive at the Citigroup Private Bank from 2002 to 2007. In 2007, she became General Counsel to The Utendahl Group, a minority- and women-owned financial services firm. Ms. Davis received her J.D. and B.A. degrees (cum laude) from The University of Pennsylvania and was a Rotary Graduate Fellow at the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City. She is a member of the Financial Women’s Association Men’s Alliance, the New York City Fashion Law Committee, the Couture Council of the Museum of Fashion of the Fashion Institute of Technology and Toastmasters.
