Bio:

     Robert Napolitano has been an innovative expert in the finance industry since 1998 focusing on  real estate mortgage financing. Since 2006, Mr. Napolitano has been involved in fighting to resolve the ongoing financial crisis caused in part by the proliferation of toxic mortgage backed securities, its detrimental effect on the global economy and its residual effects on local communities.
      Mr. Napolitano has been consulting and training attorneys, advocates and industry professionals, teaching and highlighting the technical intricacies and nuances of the real estate mortgage financing  industry.  He provides these organizations and professionals with the tools, knowledge and expertise involving a range of issues from predatory lending to securitization to irregularities in the foreclosure  process.
      His breadth of experience and knowledge has allowed him to develop a Litigation Support  Service specifically tailored for the consumer mortgage banking industry. 
       Mr. Napolitano has been able to establish a continuing education curriculum for industry professionals, which outlines the process of securitization, the role of the players involved, lender’s vulnerabilities and the practical application within the court system. These CLE courses, will allow  attorneys to obtain CLE credits while sharing in the knowledge of this growing practice.
      His belief is that with creativity, knowledge and proper risk analysis, these transactions can result in a favorable resolution that mutually benefits all parties involved.
