Peter Rienecker
Peter Rienecker is Vice President and Senior Counsel, Original Programming at Home Box Office, where he manages legal issues and advises in development, production and distribution, First Amendment, intellectual property and labor. He is responsible for pre-telecast and content review of documentary, Cravath, Swaine & Moore. He practiced entertainment, media and intellectual property law at Phillips, Nizer, Benjamin, Krim & Ballon’ Berger, Steingut, Tarnoff & Stern; and Robert V. Gaulin & Associates. He graduated summa cum laude from Boston College, and received his J.D. from Harvard Law School. Peter serves on the Board of Directors for Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts.
