Bio:

Lee Harrell is admitted to practice law in the Supreme Court of Virginia and the US Western District Court of Virginia. Mr. Harrell is a licensed Patent Attorney. Mr. Harrell earned his undergraduate degree in Biology and his M.S. in Biology from Wake Forest University. Mr. Harrell graduated from William and Mary School of Law in 2001.


Mr. Harrell currently works as the Deputy Attorney for the Commonwealth of Virginia in Wythe County. Mr. Harrell is the Lead prosecutor for the Wythe County General District Court and Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court, handling thousands of cases including domestic assaults, simple traffic prosecutions, DUI prosecutions, violent offenses and drug offenses. Additionally, he directed the progress of cases as lead prosecutor, made daily supervisory decisions and managed the prosecutorial (four assistant prosecutors) and investigatory teams. Also, he actively participates in criminal investigations including conducting witness interviews and supervising evidence development, and on-site participation at crime scenes.
