Bio:

Alicia J. Haff has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 1997.  She is admitted to practice before the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas and United States Court of Appeals – Fifth Circuit, 2003. Alicia obtained her Bachelor of Arts in History from Trinity University in 1992 and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas School of Law in Austin in 1996. Alicia is  experienced in a broad range of civil litigation areas including employment law, commercial litigation, business disputes, insurance defense, and health & employee benefits matters. She obtained  her  General Lines Insurance License in the State of Texas in 2007 to further assist employers and insurance brokers in handling employee benefit matters.  Aside from her legal practice, Alicia’s goal is to educate employers with respect to laws, rules and regulations with which they must comply and to assist these employers, when needed, in coming into compliance as well as to protect themselves from or prepare for potential employment related litigation
