Kelly Pointer is an associate in the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP.

Ms. Pointer advises and assists clients with the following:
    * drafting tax-qualified retirement programs and welfare benefit plans;
    * analyzing tax and labor issues;
    * ERISA reporting and disclosure requirements and participant communication; and
    * correcting defects in tax-qualified retirement plans through Internal Revenue Service and Department of Labor voluntary compliance programs.
