Bio:

Elise Holtzman specializes in supporting attorneys at all stages of their careers in creating the business success they desire.  She also works with law firms and legal departments to guide them in creating and refining the right environment in which to provide exceptional client service.  Elise’s mission is to help attorneys become more effective at what they do, more satisfied with their legal careers and, by extension, more fulfilled in their personal lives.

An experienced lawyer, and the founder of Advocate Success Group LLC, Elise has developed a straightforward and practical approach to guide her clients in identifying, and then meeting, the unique challenges each one faces in pursuing his or her own vision of success.

Elise practiced law in the New York offices of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP and Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, concentrating in the area of commercial real estate transactions.   She earned a BA in psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and her JD from Columbia Law School, where she was an editor of the Columbia Law Review.  She earned her coach certification from iPEC Coaching, a premier coach training organization accredited by the International Coach Federation, and is a member of both the International Coach Federation and the New Jersey Professional Coaches Association.
