Bio:
Kevin, a Registered Patent Attorney, came to FSB FisherBroyles from Willcox & Savage of Norfolk, Virginia, where his practice focused on patent and trademark prosecution and portfolio management for businesses ranging from hi-tech startups to established Fortune 500 companies. Kevin assists clients in all aspects of intellectual property law, including patent and trademark prosecution, infringement analysis, domain name cybersquatting issues, and all forms of intellectual property licensing. Kevin is also active in the intellectual property community and has been an active member of the International Trademark Association's Bulletin Committee.
In addition to his intellectual property expertise, Kevin assists manufacturers with Uniform Commercial Code issues and large sales transactions of multi-million dollar heavy equipment. Kevin has also assisted in-house counsel with the day to day legal affairs of a multimillion dollar company, handling matters as diverse as supply contracts, real estate lease agreements, responses to bids, and negotiations with various government entities in permitting and licensing matters.
