Bio:
Craig D. Peterson has served the Appellate Division, Fourth Department as Chief Appellate Court Attorney since 1984. As Chief Appellate Court Attorney, Craig supervises the central research staff of 24 attorneys. He has lectured for continuing legal education programs sponsored by the New York State Bar Association, Appellate Division, Fourth Department, Buffalo Law School and various county bar associations. Craig is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law and Cornell University. Craig is a former Assistant District Attorney for Erie County and litigation associate at Smith, Murphy and Schoepperle.
