Arlene G. Dubin is a partner at Moses & Singer LLP and she has practiced in the areas of family and employment law for more than 25 years. Nationally recognized in the area of marital agreements, she has extensive experience in the negotiation and drafting of prenuptial, postnuptial, cohabitation and separation agreements.

The author of “Prenups for Lovers: A Romantic Guide to Prenuptial Agreements,” published by Villard Books, a division of Random House Inc. www.prenupsforlovers.com. Ms. Dubin has appeared on many television and radio shows, including the Today Show, The Early Show, Good Morning America, Entertainment Tonight, CNBC’s “Power Lunch” and “Business Center,” and National Public Radio. She has been quoted in numerous national publications, including the Associated Press, The Wall Street Journal, Time, Forbes, Newsweek, Business Week, Worth, Money and USA Today. Arlene is also a frequent lecturer on the topic of marital agreements.

In addition, Ms. Dubin has provided general counseling and compliance services for a broad range of employee benefit plans, including retirement and welfare benefit plans. She advises on employee and employee plan issues in mergers, acquisitions, corporate dispositions and financings and also has expertise in the negotiation of employment contracts, termination agreements and non-competition agreements.

She has served as Chairman of the Employee Benefits Committee of the New York County Lawyers’ Association and has contributed to the multi-volume treatise, “New York Employment Law,” published by Matthew Bender.

Ms. Dubin is also a member of the New York Collaborative Law Group, which seeks to resolve matrimonial matters without litigation, and the New York State Bar Association.
