Very informative. Speaker was very good and held your interest.
Speaker referred to this subject as a "fluff" topic but he helped me to realize the importance of factoring in the human aspects in estate planning. Great speaker and great topic.
While this topic may be considered to be slightly "fluff" (as stated by the lecturer), it gives the practioner many things to consider that they usually do not think about.
Some really great points that I haven't seen touched on in other estate planning sessions
good program, speaker raised pertinent issues.
This seminar was inspiring. Mr. Shenkman is first-class all the way, both as legal practitioner and counselor.
Lots of good info in a short period of time...
Best Video yet!

Very relevant to my practice -- good tips in light of recent tax law changes.
I am very impressed with Mr. Shenkman. His presentation and the program content were both outstanding.
Very interesting and engaging course! Would definitely recommend to a friend.
Very Informative; presented an approach to EP that I had never heard during an EP mcle although I have used some of the suggestions when dealing with clients in my practice.
FANTASTIC!!! This kind of thing is why I started my own practice - to have the freedom to provide legal services that address a client's situation as a whole. Well done!!!
Outstanding -- this topic will become more and more important in the coming years.
very much needed info not received by most attorneys elsewhere.
This program was an excellent presentation covering a number of topics which impact the lives of family members especially with the aging population.

i didnt think that there could be much light shed on this topic. But once again this particular speaker does a tremendous job!
very thoughtful program
one of your best speakers
This program was less about laws and rules and more about the human element, but I'm finding that is equally important in the practice of law. Thank you Martin.
Very informative and refreshing overview on the subject.
Great information about a seldom-discussed topic.
Unique and very helpful. One of the best programs I have seen and in an unexpected specialization.
good perspective. well done.
Speaker made great points about addressing health issues such as disabilities when estate planning. Very well done.
Great use of examples
Great Program. I wish there was more of it. Also I would have loved to have more specifics in the course documents, rather than just an outline of the speaking points.
Nice, concise refresher course in an area in which I do not practice but in which I am often asked questions (mostly from family members!)
Excellent, insightful reminder that many lawyers often forget.
Seminar contained a lot of helpful hints on handling issues with the elderly. Many of the hints I will begin using in my practice.
Very helpful & interesting. Different perspective.
One of the most practical and informative courses I have taken on this website to date.
It was a good topic
So very much to the point. Valuable to a practice and also personally

I have already recommended this seminar to a colleague. It was excellent -- very informative and well presented.
Very interesting, practical, and helpful. Thanks.
Great topic and presentation -- this is not fuzzy wuzzy or fluff. Lawyers are providing a service and should be prepared to deal with the very human aspects that arise in this area of law.
