About this Program

Stress is very common with attorneys and detrimentally affects their professional and personal relationships.  Join Clinical Psychologists Daniel Guerra and Dana Gionta as they speak with attorney Alastair Onglingswan about the factors that cause stress and how attorneys can use self-care techniques to manage it.  These practitioners discuss common mistakes that attorneys make in their attempts to manage their stress.  In addition, they explain how attorneys can assess their stress levels, identify and maintain important boundaries, and the significance of breathing and reflection to reduce anxiety. The speakers conclude with sharing tips on developing and following a personal action plan, which will surely help any attorney manage his or her own stress levels.

Skokie,

We need more CLE classes like this. They tend to get too pragmatic and topical on subjects, but not tailored to the human needs of attorneys.
