Ethics for Litigators is a very expansive course on the proper ethical conduct of an attorney in many different scenarios. Hal Lieberman delivers concise and straight forward facts and materials that are well organized and informational. I enjoyed the "real world" topics here. It was a good overview of some of the most common issues that arise. I also thought the speakers were very knowledgeable. They may want to speak a little slower though. There was quite a bit of info to process. The references in the end were helpful as well.

I thought this was a nice, broad overview of ethical issues to watch for in practice. It brought up important points and reminders of pitfalls to avoid, and basic steps to take in case of an ethical dilemma.
