Description

If a man walks out of a bar and instigates a car crash, who is liable? Under dram shop laws, the bar may be held responsible. Attorneys Gil Fried and Carla Varriale describe the legal issues pertaining to alcohol management by examining the potential liability of both large and small establishments.
