Checkbook Control is being lauded as one of the greatest ideas for the IRA holder since the actual creation of the IRA. The underlying legal support for the “checkbook control IRA” will be looked at carefully with regards to its applicability and prudence for the average IRA holder. Understanding how this concept works is crucial, given the likelihood of your clients asking for ways to have ultimate control over the funds in their IRA.
